Shakespeare accomplished many things and had done a lot for his love of literature.  From 1594-1608, while

Shakespeare was working at "King's Men," he wrote many plays such as, Hamlet, Julius Caesar, Richard the Third,

and Romeo and Juliette which were tragedies. He also wrote comedies, like "A Midsummer Night's Dream. By the

year 1597, Shakespeare sucessfully published 15 of the 37 plays he wrote. Altogether, he achieved to write 154

sonnets, 37 plays, and 2 long poems. William became very wealthy from writing plays in London, that he bought the

second largest house in Stratford for his family, called "New House." By 1599, Shakespeare, along with his other

business partners, built their own theatre on the south bank of the Thames River which they called, "The Globe."

William Shakespeare invented, and changed many of our words which we still use today, such as, bet, bump,

zany, elbow, unreal, lonely, eyeball, dawn, and countless. He changed nouns into verbs, verbs into adjectives,

connecting words together that have never been put together before, and he added prefixes and suffixes to words.

Altogether, he created and changed over 1700 of our common words. Without Shakespeare, we wouldn't have

many of our common words which we use everyday.

William Shakespeare inspired the world with his creative literature, and his magnificent plays, sonnets, and

poems that he wrote. There are many movies which were taken by Shakespeare's plays such as, "She's the Man"

taken from Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. Shakespeare is now known as the greatest poet and dramitist of
